J. Cheney Mason is an attorney, best known as a co-counsel for Casey Anthony Florida murder case.   "I'm a cracker, been one for 70 years."  

Florida cracker refers to original colonial-era English and American pioneer settlers of the state of Florida, and their descendants.

The term "cracker" was in use during the Elizabethan era to describe boaster. The original root of this is the Middle English word crack meaning "entertaining conversation" (One may be said to "crack" a joke); this term and the Gaelicized spelling "craic" are still in use in Northern England, Ireland and Scotland.

It is documented in William Shakespeare's King John (1595): "What cracker is this ... that deafes our ears / With this abundance of superfluous breath?"

How does one put Christian and all-white in the same sentence with out a sink hole to hell opening up? The conference offered to pastors deemed to be the religious leaders of the "Christian" world, was put on by the Christian Identity Ministries. According to the msnbc.com story Christian gathering riled some Alabama neighbors. Some?? It should rile every real Christian!

"Yes, we believe that the Europeans and their descendants are the chosen people of God," according to the website for Christian Identity Ministries, which is holding the event with Church of God’s Chosen.

The group is so lucky they are in these United States of America that supports religious freedom and freedom of speech.  We Christians are blessed that religion does not equal God. Many religions have organized behaviors, clergy, a definition of what constitutes adherence or membership. According to the philologist Max Müller, the root of the English word "religion", the Latin religio, was originally used to mean only "reverence for God or the gods, careful pondering of divine things - practice of devotion. So since religion is a devotion created by man it can be perverted.
